SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT or on weekends will ship the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship from our Portland, Oregon fulfillment center via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on package size and destination. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Ground: 3-7 business days
- Expedited: 2-3 business days
- Overnight: 1 business day

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
